New Membership                       $250 (one time fee)

New Signage                                 $45

Late Fee                                         $50

Credit Processing Fee              3.52%

Mandatory Set Up Date will be “DAY OF”

No Early Breakdown

Booth placement is secured when payment is received.

Deadline for cancellation is as follows:

100% refund if 3 weeks before setup date

No refund or credit  3 weeks before setup date

All show fees are due immediately to confirm booth…MWSS will not hold any booth spaces…February 4, 2025 all payments are due without penalty

Vendor Registration and Application

Please follow the instructions closely to officially register for our upcoming markets.

SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION FEE WITH APPLICATION

1. $250 first time member show fee ( a one time fee for new vendors participating in our MWSS sponsored markets. With the new member fee you will receive an up to date MWSS retailer information list.
2. Registration fee covers official entry into MWSS sponsored market.
3. Registration fees covers expenses associated with the production of the show.
4. Registration fee covers website maintanance
5. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK INTO YOUR SHOW SPACE IF FEES ARE NOT CONFIRMED AND RECEIVED BY MWSS.
6. ALL SHOW FEES DUE BY January  23, 2025 without penalty or when show sells out
